TERMS AND CONDITIONS: This application is hereby made for the
approval of the plans and specifications, and the diagram of
block, lot and buildings, herewith submitted (or to be submitted
in person at Winthrop Harbor Village Hall) and made a part hereof,
for the erection, repair or alteration, as appears in the specification
sheet of the building therein described, with the understanding
that if no work is performed hereunder within six months from
the date the permit is issued therefore, or if the work is not
completed within one year from the date of such permit, this
approval and the said building permit issued pursuant to such
approval, shall expire by limitation as provided by law.
The undersigned applicant agrees
to comply with all of the provisions of the Building Code and
the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Winthrop Harbor, and with
the provisions of all other laws relating to the erection, repair
and alteration of buildings, and to zoning, in effect at the
date of the permit issued hereunder.
The said applicant herewith agrees
not to make any changes in the plans or specifications as approved
without the approval of the Building Department as to such changes
is first obtained.
Work under this application will
not be commenced until the same be approved and a building permit
issued in accordance therewith and paid for as provided in the
Building Code of the Village of Winthrop Harbor.
I have read the published requirements
pertinent to the project being applied for and I fully understand
and will comply with all requirements and regulations.
I understand that if my property
has a septic or well, I must obtain pre-approval from the Lake
County Health Department prior to making application for a building
permit.
