Funding & Support -

The AIR-ONE Emergency Response Coalition is a not-for-profit, 501(c)3, charitable organization, meaning donations to AIR-ONE may be tax deductible to the full extent allowed by law. Please consult with your tax advisor for details.

AIR-ONE provides its support to the law enforcement agencies who operate the helicopters. These agencies provide the search & rescue service to any police, sheriff or fire/rescue agency who requests air support, without compensation or cost-reimbursements to the providing agency.

With that said, clearly we require funds to operate. Major resources to date have included those entities whose logos appear on this page. Proposals have been submitted to various other County and city governments, regional public service organizations and a variety of potential corporate sponsors.

It is through the confidence that these government and private organizations place in AIR-ONE that we are able to forward the mission to provide services to every requesting agency large and small. To add your company, civic group or organization, please contact us as we do need your support!

Support the Mission!

If you or your organization would like to support the mission, all donations, whether large or small, are gratefully accepted and appreciated. All donations are used to support the operating expenses of the AIR-ONE helicopter program, including fuel, aircraft parts & maintenance, training, insurance, hangar, etcteras. All crew and management are volunteers... donations are not used for salaries!

Collector Coins, while supply lasts! A limited number of special edition "Challenge Coins" remain available, and these keepsake coins are offered to those who would like to support the mission with a donation. For a minimum donation of $15, we will send you one of these 1-3/4" solid metal coins, which bear the LEAC and AIR-ONE insignia on the front and back of the coin as shown below.

To receive your limited edition Challenge Coin, use the "Donate" button above, and on the payment page click on "ADD A NOTE OR COMMENT" to indicate that you would like to receive a Challenge Coin. A minimum donation of $15 is required to receive a coin. (there are no extra or hidden charges, we will pay for shipping).
