September 10, 2007: Arrest Notices 9/3/07 - 9/4/07

Traffic Arrests- On 9/3/07, an Officer stopped a vehicle in the 1300 block of Lewis Avenue for a burnt out headlight. The driver, Oscar Davila-Rosario, 39, of Zion was arrested for driving while is license was revoked. Davila-Rosario was also cited for no rear registration light, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and unlawful possession of a controlled substance. Davila-Rosario was later transported to the Lake County Jail. On 9/4/07, an Officer stopped a vehicle in the 1700 block of Sheridan Road for speeding. The driver, Enio Chavez, 27, of Kenosha was arrested for driving while his license was revoked (felony enhanced charge). Chavez was also cited for uninsured vehicle. Chavez was later transported to the Lake County Jail. On 9/4/07, an Officer while working contracted services in Wadsworth stopped a vehicle at Kilbourne and Kaiser for speeding. The driver, John A. Vega, 27, of Waukegan was arrested for having no valid driver's license. Vega was also cited for loud exhaust. Vega was later released on a personal recognizance bond and given a future court date. Battery Arrest- On 9/4/07, Officer's were dispatched to the 1000 block of Sheridan Road for a complaint of a battery that occurred. After the Officer's completed their investigation, Joshua R. Maise, 23, of Winthrop Harbor was arrested battery and disorderly conduct. Maise was later released on a personal recognizance bond and given a future court date.
