Traffic Arrests- On 10/23/07, an Officer stopped a vehicle at 11th Street and South Park Avenue for a seat belt violation. The driver, Jose A. Rivera, 27, of Kenosha was arrested for driving while his license was suspended. Rivera was cited for driving with a suspended license and possession of cannabis. Rivera was later released on a personal recognizance bond and given a future court date. On 10/24/07, an Officer stopped a vehicle in the 800 block of Sheridan Road for no rear registration light. The driver, James L. Evans, 22, of Winthrop Harbor was arrested for driving while his license was suspended. Evans was cited for no rear registration light and driving with a suspended license. Evans was later released on a personal recognizance bond and given a future court date. On 10/24/07,
an Officer stopped a vehicle in the 700 block of Sheridan Road
for speeding. The driver, Patrick S. McCain, 38, of Waukegan
was arrested for driving while his license was revoked. McCain
was cited for speeding and driving with a revoked license. |
