Traffic Arrests- On 11/30/07, an Officer stopped a vehicle at 9th Street and Ellis Avenue for speeding. The driver, Keith C. Henyard, 24, of Chicago was arrested for driving while his license was revoked. Henyard was cited for speeding, driving with a revoked license, and suspended registration. Henyard was later released on a personal recognizance bond and given a future court date. On 12/2/07, an
Officer stopped a vehicle in the 300 block of Sheridan Road for
improper lane usage. The driver, James E. Hodges, 46, of Zion
was arrested for DUI. Hodges was cited for improper lane usage,
DUI, uninsured vehicle, and unlawful possession of cannabis.
Hodges was later released on a personal recognizance bond and
given a future court date. |
