Traffic Arrests-
On 12/12/07, an Officer stopped a vehicle in the 300 block of
Sheridan Road for improper lane usage. The driver, Noe G. Sauceda,
43, of Kenosha was arrested for DUI. The passenger of the vehicle,
Jennifer L. Quinonez, 38, of Waukegan was also arrested for an
outstanding warrant through the Department of Corrections. Sauceda
was cited for improper lane usage, DUI, and DUI over .08. Quinonez
was cited for obstructing justice. Sauceda was later released
on a personal recognizance bond and given a future court date.
Quinonez was later transported to the Lake County Jail for the
warrant.
On 12/15/07,
an Officer stopped a vehicle in the 43,000 block of Kenosha Road
for expired plates. The driver, Randy W. Schaefer, 41, of Kenosha
was arrested for DUI. Schaefer was cited for expired plates and
DUI. Schaefer was later released on a personal recognizance bond
and given a future court date.
Warrant Arrest-
On 12/14/07, an Officer stopped a vehicle in the 1100 block of
Sheridan Road for speeding. The driver, Maximmillion A. Moore,
21, of Waukegan was arrested for an outstanding warrant through
the Waukegan Police Department for failure to register as a sex
offender. Before Moore was turned over to the Waukegan Police
Department he was cited for speeding and no valid driver's license.
