February 1, 2008: Arrest Notices 1/21/08- 1/24/08

Traffic Arrests- On 1/22/08, an Officer while working contracted services in Wadsworth stopped a vehicle at Russell Road and Kilbourne Road for a vehicle over length violation. The driver, Willis G. Ray, 44, of Lake Butler was arrested on an outstanding warrant for larceny through the Sangomon County Sheriff's Department. Ray was later transported to the Lake County Jail for the warrant. On 1/23/08, an Officer stopped a vehicle in the 100 block of Sheridan Road for improper lane usage. The driver, Ozell J. McCoy, 19, of Zion was arrested for DUI. McCoy was cited for improper lane usage, DUI, failure to present a driver's license, and unlawful possession of cannabis. McCoy was later released on a personal recognizance bond and given a future court date. On 1/24/08, an Officer stopped a vehicle in the 1200 block of Sheridan Road for expired registration. The driver, Michael D. Hommes, 40, of Pleasant Prairie was arrested for driving while his license was revoked. Hommes was later released on a personal recognizance bond and given a future court date. Public Intoxication Arrests- On 1/22/08, Officer's were dispatched to the 1000 block of Sheridan Road for a report of two intoxicated people. Upon the Officer's arrival they came in contact with Shammon A. Parisotto, 30, of Lake Bluff and Samuel R. Bekish, 28, of Waukegan. Both Parisotto and Bekish were arrested for public intoxication. Parisotto and Bekish were later released after being issued local ordinance citations. |
