Drug Arrest-
On 1/30/08, Officer's were dispatched to the 2100 block of 11th
Street for an unwanted subject. Upon the officer's arrival they
arrested, Joseph R. Lobono, 29, of Winthrop Harbor. Lobono was
cited for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful
possession of drug paraphernalia, domestic battery, and violation
of an order of protection. Lobono also had an outstanding warrant
for his arrest for failure to appear on a drug charge through
the Lake County Sheriff's Department. Lobono was later transported
to the Lake County Jail.
