March 17, 2008: Arrest Notices 3/13/08- 3/16/08

Traffic Arrests-
On 3/13/08, an Officer stopped a vehicle at 9th Street just west of Lewis Avenue for improper lane usage. The driver, Nicholas J. Keen, 29, of Racine was arrested for DUI. Keen was also cited for DUI, improper lane usage, unlawful possession of cannabis, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Keen was later released on a personal recognizance bond and given a future court.

On 3/16/08, an Officer stopped a vehicle at 6th Street and Geddes Avenue for going the wrong way on a one-way street. The driver, Sarah A. Capp, 22, of Beach Park was arrested for DUI. Capp was cited for improper lane usage, DUI, and DUI over .08. Capp was later released on a personal recognizance bond and given a future court date.
