April 24, 2008: Arrest Notices 4/15/08- 4/19/08

Traffic Arrests- On 4/16/08, an Officer stopped a vehicle in the 800 block of Lewis Avenue for speeding. The driver, Agustin Carreno-Lugo, 32, of Kenosha was arrested for DUI. Carreno-Lugo was cited for DUI, speeding, and no valid driver's license. Carreno-Lugo was later released on a personal recognizance bond and given a future court date. On 4/16/08, an Officer while working contracted services in Wadsworth stopped a vehicle at Old Woodford Road and Route 173 for expired plates. The driver, Richard B. Davis, 45, of Waukegan was arrested for unlawful possession of cannabis. The passenger, Robert E. Saffell, 48, of Zion was also arrested for unlawful possession of cannabis. Both Davis and Saffell were cited for unlawful possession of cannabis and unlawful possession of drug equipment. Davis and Saffell were later released on personal recognizance bonds and given future court dates. On 4/19/08, an
Officer stopped a vehicle in the 1200 block of Lewis Avenue for
improper lane usage. The driver, Frank Rojas, 21, of Zion was
arrested for DUI. Rojas was cited for improper lane usage, unlawful
possession of cannabis, and DUI. Rojas was later released on
a personal recognizance bond and given a future court date. |
