Traffic Arrest-
On 5/6/08, an Officer stopped a vehicle at Russell Road and Old
Darby Lane for improper lane usage. The driver, Carol A. Woodyard,
41, of Waukegan was arrested for DUI. Woodyard was also cited
for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession
of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of cannabis, and illegal
transportation of alcohol. Woodyard was later transported to
the Lake County Jail for the drug charges.
Warrant Arrest-
On 5/9/08, an Officer stopped a semi truck at Russell Road and
Russell Avenue for having is load uncovered. The driver, Bradley
R. Coukart, 37, of Elkorn was arrested for an outstanding warrant
for his arrest for failing to appear on a traffic charge. Coukart
was later transported to the Lake County Jail for the warrant.
