May 20, 2008: Arrest Notices 5/12/08- 5/18/08

Traffic Arrest- On 5/15/08, an Officer stopped a vehicle in the 1100 block of Sheridan Road for suspended registration. The driver, Bryan J. Berg, 23, of Winthrop Harbor was arrested for driving while his license was revoked. Berg was later released on a personal recognizance bond and given a future court date. On 5/16/08, an Officer stopped a vehicle in the 1200 block of Sheridan Road for a broken taillight. The driver, Eduardo Diaz, 30, of Racine was arrested for having no valid driver's license. Diaz was also cited for unlawful possession of cannabis and illegal transportation of alcohol. Diaz was later released on a personal recognizance bond and given a future court date. On 5/18/08, an Officer stopped a vehicle at 9th Street and Lewis Avenue for a seat belt violation. The driver, Jorden E. Spivey, 20, of Pleasant Prairie was arrested for having no valid driver's license. Spivey was later released on a personal recognizance bond and given a future court date. On 5/18/08, an Officer while working contacted services in Wadsworth stopped a vehicle at Wadsworth Road and Route 41 for a broken taillight. The driver, Ryan C. Ramsey, 27, of Gurnee was arrested for unlawful possession of cannabis. Ramsey was later released on a personal recognizance bond and given a future court date. Warrant Arrests- On 5/14/08, an Officer stopped a vehicle at 2nd Street and Sheridan Road for having an obstructed windshield. The driver, Maurice D. Mullins, 27, of Kenosha was arrested for having no valid driver's license. The passenger of the vehicle, Carl A. Reed, 45, of Kenosha was also arrested after he gave the Officer a false name. Reed also had an outstanding warrant for his arrest through WI Department of Corrections for a parole violation. Mullins was later released on a personal recognizance bond and given a future court date. Reed was later transported to the Lake County Jail for the warrant. |
