June 10, 2008: Arrest Notices 6/4/08- 6/8/08

Traffic Arrests- On 6/5/08, an Officer stopped a vehicle at 2nd Street and Sheridan Road for suspended registration. The driver, Lamora S. Smith, 28, of Zion was arrested for driving while her license was revoked. Smith was also cited for failure to secure a child in a child restraint system. Smith was later released on a personal recognizance bond and given a future court date. On 6/6/08, an Officer stopped a vehicle in the 100 block of Sheridan Road for a burnt out registration light. The driver, Christina L. Schuster, 24, of Kenosha was arrested for driving while her license was suspended. Schuster was also cited for unlawful possession of cannabis. Schuster was later released on a personal recognizance bond and given a future court date. On 6/6/08, an Officer stopped a vehicle on Lewis Avenue for failure to signal when required. The driver, Anna M. Guzman, 19, of Beach Park was arrested for unlawful possession of cannabis. Guzman was also cited for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Guzman was later released on a personal recognizance bond and given a future court date. On 6/7/08, an Officer stopped a vehicle at Sheridan Road and Burke Drive after recognizing the driver and knowing the driver had no valid license. The driver, Matthew L. Drivdahl, 23, of Zion was arrested for driving while his license was revoked. Drivdahl was also cited for failure to notify Secretary of State of an address change. Drivdahl was later released on a personal recognizance bond and given a future court date. On 6/8/08, an
Officer stopped a vehicle at 8th Street and Sheridan Road for
a defective muffler and windshield. The driver, Jorge H. Ameslua,
32, of Kenosha was arrested for having no valid driver's license.
Ameslua was later released on a personal recognizance bond and
given a future court date. |
