July 29, 2008: Arrest Notices 7/21/08- 7/23/08

Traffic Arrest- On 7/21/08, an Officer stopped a vehicle at Lewis Avenue and Russell Road for improper lane usage. The driver, Antoine L. Winslow, 20, of Kenosha was arrested for DUI. Winslow was also cited for illegal sound amplification (loud stereo) and unlawful possession of cannabis. Winslow was later released on a personal recognizance bond and given a future court date. On 7/22/08, an Officer stopped a vehicle in the 400 block of Lewis Avenue for improper lane usage. The driver, Jared J. Franz, 24, of Kenosha was arrested for DUI. Franz was later released on a personal recognizance bond and given a future court date. On 7/23/08, an Officer stopped a vehicle in the 1000 block of Sheridan Road for speeding. The driver, Phillip L. Ford, 31, of Antioch was arrested for having no valid driver's license. Ford as later released on a personal recognizance bond and given a future court date.
