Arrest- On 7/30/08, an Officer stopped a vehicle at 14th Street and South Park Avenue for a burnt out taillight. The driver, Sharon L. Humphrey, 55, of Winthrop Harbor was arrested for driving while her license was suspended. Humphrey was also cited for driving an uninsured vehicle. Humphrey was later released on a personal recognizance bond and given a future court date. |
