Traffic Arrest-
On 10/25/08, an Officer while working contracted services in
Old Mill Creek stopped a vehicle at Route 45 and Millburn Road
for a brunt out headlight. The driver, Tammy R. Molina, 38, of
Beach Park was arrested for driving while her license was revoked
(felony charged). Molina was also cited for obstructing justice
after she gave the Officer a false name. Molina was later transported
to the Lake County Jail and was held on a $2,000 bond.
Criminal Damage to Property
Arrests-
On 10/25/08, Officers were dispatched to the 2600 block of 6th
Street for a report of criminal damage to property. A short time
later three juveniles were arrested and charged with criminal
damage to property. The juveniles were later turned over to their
parents.
