Traffic Arrest-
On 12/3/08, an Officer stopped a vehicle at 7th Street and Sheridan
Road for suspended registration. The driver, Edward A. Hooks,
49, of Racine was arrested for driving while his license was
revoked. Hooks was later released on a personal recognizance
bond and given a future court date.
Warrant Arrest-
On 12/7/08, Officers came in contact with, Robert P. Peterson,
46, of Winthrop Harbor in the 1100 block of Sheridan Road after
they received information he was wanted on a warrant. The warrant
was confirmed and Peterson was arrested for an outstanding warrant
for theft of services through the Lake County Sheriff's Department.
Peterson was later transported to the Lake County Jail and was
being held on a $30,000 cash bond.
