Traffic Arrest-
On 1/12/09, an Officer stopped a vehicle at 8th Street and Sheridan
Road after the vehicle ran a red light at 7th Street and Sheridan
Road. The driver, Robert A. Baumeister, 33, of Kenosha was arrested
for driving while his license was revoked. Baumeister was later
released on a personal recognizance bond and given a future court
date.
Warrant Arrest-
On 1/12/09, an Officer stopped a vehicle in the 1500 block of
Sheridan Road for a seat belt violation. The driver, Amanda R.
Pacheco, 19, of Kenosha was arrested for an outstanding warrant
for her arrest. The warrant was issued through the Lake County
Sheriff's Department for failing to appear for court. Pacheco
was later transported to the Lake County Jail where she was held
on a $20,000 bond.
Domestic Battery Arrest-
On 1/16/09, Officers were dispatched to the 1000 block of Franklin
Avenue for a report of a domestic battery. Upon the Officer's
arrival they arrested, Heather J. Murphy, 34, of Winthrop Harbor.
Murphy was charged with domestic battery and was later transported
to the Lake County Jail for Bond Court. Murphy was later released
on a $25,000 recognizance bond.
