March 16, 2009: Arrest Notices 3/14/09 - 3/15/09

Traffic Arrests-
On 03/14/09, an Officer stopped a vehicle in the 500 block of Kenosha Road for Improper Lane Usage. The driver, Felix F. Perez, 30, of Kenosha, Wisconsin was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol with a BAC Over .08, and Improper Lane Usage. Perez was later released on a personal recognizance bond pending a future court date.

On 03/14/09, an Officer stopped a vehicle near the intersection of Russell Road and Sheridan Road for Speeding and Failure to Wear a Seatbelt. The driver, Kareem Copeland, 36, of Waukegan was subsequently taken into custody for having three active arrest warrants from the Winnebago County Sheriff's Office. Copeland was later transported to the Lake County Sheriff's Office pending a bond hearing.

On 03/15/09, an Officer stopped a vehicle in the 800 block of Sheridan Road for Improper Lane Usage. The driver, Mark F. Ball, 20, of Kenosha, Wisconsin was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol with a BAC Over .08, and Improper Lane Usage. Ball was later released on a personal recognizance bond pending a future court date.
