May 10, 2009: Arrest Notices 5/3/09 - 5/7/09

Traffic Arrests: On 05/03/09, officers were dispatched to the 1100 block of Sheridan Road for a personal injury traffic accident. The driver, Timothy E. Macki, 51, of Beach Park was subsequently arrested for Improper Lane Usage and Driving Under the Influence of Drugs and Alcohol. Macki was later released by a personal recognizance bond pending a future court date. On 05/05/09, an Officer stopped a vehicle in the 900 block of Sheridan Road for having an expired registration plate. The driver, Anthony D. Zachary, 23, of Beach Park was subsequently arrested for Expired Registration and Driving While License Revoked. Zachary was later released by a Notice to Appear pending a future court date. On 05/06/09, an Officer working a Wadsworth contract detail stopped a vehicle at the intersection of Old Highway 41 and Edwards Road for speeding. A search of the motor vehicle was conducted by the officer which revealed a small amount of cannabis and miscellaneous drug paraphernalia. The driver, James E. Esteb, 34, of Trevor, Wisconsin was subsequently arrested for Speeding, Operation of an Uninsured Vehicle, Unlawful Possession of Cannabis, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Attempted Possession of a Controlled Substance. Esteb was later released by his signature pending a future court date. On 05/07/09,
officers were dispatched to the intersection of 9th Street and
Sheridan Road for a personal injury traffic accident. The driver,
Dawn M. Crews, 42, of Winthrop Harbor was later subsequently
arrested for Improper Turn at Intersection, Improper Lane Usage,
Driving While License Suspended, and Driving Under the Influence
of Alcohol. Crews was later released by a personal recognizance
bond pending a future court date. |
