May 15, 2009: Arrest Notices 5/13/09 - 5/15/09

On 05/13/09, an officer stopped a vehicle for No Front License Plate within the 1500 block of South Park Avenue. The driver, Debra L. Harmon, 30, of Zion was subsequently arrested after she failed field sobriety tests. Harmon was charged with No Front License Plate and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Harmon was later released by a personal recognizance bond pending a future court date. On 05/13/09, an Officer stopped a vehicle in the 1400 block of Sheridan Road for having an expired registration plate. The driver, Cynthia M. Green, 31, of Kenosha, Wisconsin was subsequently arrested for Expired Registration, Operation of a Motor Vehicle While Registration Suspended, and Driving While License Revoked. Green was later released by a Notice to Appear pending a future court date. On 05/15/09,
an officer was dispatched to a two car property damage accident
near the intersection of Lewis Avenue and 9th Street. The drivers,
Gerardo A. Morales, 21, of Park City and Carlos Alvarez, 37,
of Zion were subsequently arrested after Morales and Alvarez
failed field sobriety testing. Morales was charged with Reckless
Driving, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, and Driving
Under the Influence of Alcohol with a BAC over 0.08. Alvarez
was charged with Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident,
Driving While License Revoked, Operation of an Uninsured Vehicle,
Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, and Driving Under the
Influence of Alcohol with a BAC over 0.08. Morales and Alvarez
were later released by a personal recognizance bond pending a
future court date. |
