June 30, 2009: Arrest Notices 6/23/09 - 6/29/09

Domestic Battery: On 06/25/09, Officer's were dispatch to the 700 block of Roberts Road for a report of a domestic battery. Aaron W. Routt, 27, of Winthrop Harbor was arrested for Domestic Battery. After Routt was subsequently secured in the rear seat of the squad car he kicked the window out. Routt was charged with Domestic Battery, Criminal Damage to Property, and Criminal Damage to Government Supported Property. Routt was later transported to the Lake County Jail pending a bond hearing. Traffic Arrests: On 06/23/09, an Officer observed a vehicle at the intersection of 9th Street and Sheridan Road for an equipment violation. The driver, Evan E. Crews, 19, of Winthrop Harbor was arrested for No Rear Registration Light and Driving While License Revoked. Crew was later released by a personal recognizance bond pending a future court date. On 06/23/09, an Officer working a Wadsworth traffic detail stopped a vehicle near the intersection Delany Road and Illinois Route 173. The driver, Aaron P. Anderson, 19, of Winthrop Harbor was arrested for Driving too Fast for Conditions and Driving While License Suspended. Anderson was later released by a notice to appear pending a future branch court date. On 06/29/09,
an Officer stopped a vehicle within the 400 block of Sheridan
Road for improper lane usage. The driver, Robert G. Clark, 46,
of Kenosha, Wisconsin was arrested after failing field sobriety
testing. Clark was charged with Improper Lane Usage and Driving
Under the Influence of Alcohol. Clark was later released by
a personal recognizance bond pending a future court date. |
