October 27, 2009: Arrest Notices 10/17/09 - 10/20/09

Indecent Conduct Arrest:
On 10/20/09, Officers were dispatched to an indecent conduct incident which occurred near the intersection of 9th Street and Sheridan Road. The officer's made contact and later made positive identification of the suspect, Willie J. Flintall, 46, of Chicago. Flintall was later subsequently taken into custody and charged with Disorderly Conduct, Indecent Conduct, Obstruction of Justice, Vagrancy, Profanity, and Resisting a Peace Officer. Flintall received local ordnance citations and released by a notice to appear pending a future branch court date.

Traffic Arrests:
On 10/17/09, an Officer stopped a vehicle within the 100 block of Sheridan Road for speeding. The driver, a 16 year old Juvenile was subsequently taken into custody for not having a valid driver's license. The juvenile was charged with Speeding, Operation of an Uninsured Vehicle, Failure to Wear Seatbelt, and No Valid Driver's License. The juvenile was later released to a family relative by a personal recognizance bond pending a future court date.

On 10/18/09, an Officer working a Wadsworth contract detail stopped a vehicle at the intersection of Chicago Avenue and Wadsworth Road for not having a front registration plate. The driver, Harold A. Boyle, 36, of Antioch was subsequently taken into custody after the officer learned Boyle had two active in-state warrants for his arrest. Boyle was additionally charged with Failure to Display a Front Registration Plate, Operation of an Uninsured Vehicle, and Driving While License Revoked. Boyle was later transported to the Lake County Jail pending a future court date.

On 10/19/09, an Officer stopped a vehicle within the 300 block of Sheridan Road for a lane violation. The driver, Justin J. Murray, 20, of Kenosha, Wisconsin was subsequently taken into custody after he failed subsequent field sobriety tests. A search of the motor vehicle had been conducted by the officer and a small amount of cannabis and approximately four pills of xanax had been located in the motor vehicle. Murray was charged with Improper Lane Usage, Failure to Yield - Turning Left, Failure to Dim Headlights, Improper Lighting - One Headlamp, Unlawful Possession of Cannabis, Attempted Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Driving Under the Influence of Drugs. Murray was later released by a personal recognizance bond pending a future court date.

On 10/19/09, an Officer stopped a vehicle within the 1100 block of Sheridan Road for suspended registration. The driver, Bernard Bush, 45, of Zion was subsequently taken into custody for having a revoked Illinois Driver's License. Bush was charged with Operation of Motor Vehicle while Registration was Suspended and Driving While License Revoked. Bush was later released by a notice to appear pending a future court date.
