January 13, 2010: Arrest Notices 1/9/10 - 1/10/10

Traffic Arrests: On 01/09/10, an Officer stopped a vehicle within the 1200 block of Sheridan Road for a registration violation. The driver, Marlon A. Allen, 33, of Kenosha, Wisconsin was subsequently taken into custody after the officer learned Allen had a revoked Illinois Driver's License. Allen was transported to the Winthrop Harbor Police Department for processing. Allen was later released by a Notice to Appear pending a future court date. On 1/09/10, an Officer stopped a vehicle within the 1200 block of Lewis Avenue for registration and equipment violations. The driver, Christopher J. Swanick, 30, of Kenosha, was subsequently arrested after the Officer learned Swanick had a revoked Wisconsin Driver's License. Swanick was charged with No Rear Registration Light, Improper Use of Vehicle Registration, Improper Display of Registration, Failure to Wear Seat Belt, Operation of Motor Vehicle while Registration was Suspended, and Driving While License Revoked. Swanick was later released by a Notice to Appear pending a future court date. On 01/10/10,
an Officer stopped a vehicle near the intersection of 9th Street
and Sheridan Road for expired vehicle registration. The driver,
Jennifer T. Morrison, 31, of Kenosha, Wisconsin was subsequently
taken into custody after the Officer learned Morrison had a revoked
Illinois Driver's License and suspicion of Driving Under the
Influence of Alcohol. Morrison was transported to the Winthrop
Harbor Police Department where she failed field sobriety testing.
Morrison was charged with Expired Registration, Driving Under
the Influence of Alcohol, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol
with a BAC over 0.08, and Driving While License Revoked. Morrison
was later released by a personal recognizance bond pending a
future court date. |
