Traffic Arrests: On 03/18/10, an Officer stopped a vehicle within the 400 block of Sheridan Road for obstructed view. The driver, Lateisha M. Linn, 20, of Kenosha, Wisconsin was subsequently taken into custody after the officer verified she had a revoked Illinois Driver's License. Linn was charged with Obstructed View and Driving While License Revoked. Linn was later released an Individual bond pending a future court date. On 03/18/10, an Officer stopped a vehicle within the 600 block of Sheridan Road for improper lane usage. The driver, Miroslaw L. Dybas, 46, of Zion was subsequently taken into custody after failing field sobriety tests. Dybas was arrested for Improper Lane Usage, Expired Registration, Violation of Restriction, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol with a BAC over 0.08. Dybas was later released by his Illinois Driver's License and an Individual bond pending a future court date. On 03/21/10, an Officer stopped a vehicle within the 100 block of Sheridan Road for expired registration. The driver, Santos Villanueva-Cardenas, 36, of Kenosha, Wisconsin Villanueva-Cardenas, Santos was subsequently taken into custody after the officer verified he had a revoked Illinois Driver's License. Villanueva-Cardenas was charged with Expired Registration and Driving While License Revoked. Villanueva-Cardenas was later released by an Individual Bond pending a future court date. On 03/22/10, an officer stopped a vehicle within the 1000 block of Lewis Avenue for speeding. The driver, Darcy D. McCray, 24, of Zion was subsequently taken into custody after failing field sobriety tests. McCray was arrested for Speeding, Improper Lane Usage, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol with a BAC over 0.08. McCray was later released by a personal Recognizance Bond pending a future court date. |
