Traffic Arrests: On 04/19/2010, an officer stopped a vehicle for speeding near the intersection of 9th Street and Kenosha Road. The driver, Myrna Vilchis, 38, of Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin was subsequently taken into custody after the officer learned Vilchis didn't have a valid driver's license. Vilchis was issued citations for Speeding, Operation of an Uninsured Vehicle, and No Valid Driver's License. Vilchis was later by a personal recognizance bond pending a future branch court date. On 04/19/2010, an officer was dispatched to a two car private property, property damage accident within the 1000 block of Sheridan Road. The driver, Edward H. Schubring, 30, of Winthrop Harbor was subsequently taken into custody after failing subsequent field sobriety testing. Schubring was issued citations for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol with a BAC over 0.08. Schubring was later released from custody by his signature pending a future court date. On 04/22/2010, an officer stopped a vehicle within the 800 block of Sheridan Road for a registration violation. The driver, Kelly Dunn, 19, of Kenosha,.Wisconsin was subsequently taken into custody after the officer verified Dunn's driver's license was suspended. Dunn was issued citations for Operation of Motor Vehicle while Registration Suspended and Driving While License Suspended. Dunn was later released from custody by her signature pending a future court date. On 04/22/2010, an officer stopped a vehicle within the 800 block of Sheridan Road for speeding and improper lane usage. The driver, Mike S. Pulera, 34, of Kenosha,.Wisconsin was subsequently taken into custody after the officer verified Pulera's driver's license was suspended. A search incident to arrest was conducted of Pulera's person and the officer located an item of drug paraphernalia. Pulera was issued citations for Improper Lane Usage, Speeding in a Construction Zone, Driving While Suspended, and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Pulera was later released by his signature pending a future court date. On 04/24/2010, an officer stopped a vehicle within the 500 block of Sheridan Road for only having one headlight illuminated. The driver, Hannah Diaz-Deleon, 21, of Florence,.Wisconsin was subsequently taken into custody after the officer verified Diaz-Deleon's driver's license was suspended. The officer further located an open container of alcohol inside of the motor vehicle. Diaz-Deleon was issued citations for Improper Lighting, Driving While License Suspended, and Illegal Transportation of Alcohol. Diaz-Deleon was later released from custody by her signature pending a future court date. On 04/24/2010, an officer stopped a vehicle near the intersection of 11th Street and Sheridan Road for not having a front registration plate displayed on the motor vehicle. The driver, Sarah L. Rosado, 30, of Pleasant Prairie,.Wisconsin was subsequently taken into custody after failing field sobriety testing. Rosado was issued citations for No Front Registration Plate, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol with a BAC over 0.08. Rosado was later released from custody by her signature pending a future court date. On 04/25/2010, an officer stopped a vehicle near the intersection of 11th Street and Sheridan Road for not having a front registration plate and no rear registration plate light. The driver, Matthew Hudnall, 25, of Las Vegas, Nevada was subsequently taken into custody after failing field sobriety testing. Hudnall was issued citations for No Front Registration Plate and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Hudnall was later released from custody by his signature pending a future court date. On 04/25/2010,
an officer stopped a vehicle within the 1100 block of Sheridan
Road for improper lane usage. The driver, Patricia Davidson,
45, of Kenosha, Wisconsin was subsequently taken into custody
after failing field sobriety testing. A search incident to arrest
was conducted on the motor vehicle which resulted in the subsequent
seizure of an open container of alcohol, an item of drug paraphernalia,
and a small amount of cannabis. Davidson was issued citations
for Improper Lane Usage, Illegal Transportation of Alcohol, Driving
Under the Influence of Alcohol, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia,
and Unlawful Possession of Cannabis. Davidson was later released
from custody by her signature pending a future court date. |
