February 28, 2011: Arrest Notices 2/23/11 - 2/28/11

Public Intoxication Arrest:

On 02/28/2011, an intoxicated subject came into The Winthrop Harbor Police Department to file a report. The subject, Lee R. Reinbach , 23, of Winthrop Harbor was subsequently taken into custody after providing a sample of his breath in the preliminary breath test and was charged with Public Intoxication. Reinbach was later released by a personal recognizance bond pending a future court date.

Traffic Arrests:

On 02/23/2011, an Officer was dispatched within the 3000 block of 9th Street regarding a snowmobile complaint. The driver, Ozell J. McCoy, 22, of Zion was subsequently taken into custody after the Officer verified McCoy had a valid Lake County warrant for his arrest. McCoy was issued a citation for Operation of a Snowmobile without Valid Registration. McCoy was later transported to The Lake County Jail pending a bond hearing.

On 02/26/2011, an Officer stopped a vehicle within the 100 block of Lewis Avenue for improper lane usage and speeding too fast for conditions. The driver, Donnell K. Clark, 33, of Kenosha, Wisconsin was subsequently taken into custody after failing field sobriety tests. Clark was charged with Improper Lane Usage, Speeding Too Fast For Conditions, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol with a BAC over 0.08. Clark was later released by his signature pending a future court date.
