On 05/30/2012, an Officer was dispatched within the 1000 block of Sheridan Road for a property damage car accident. The driver, Katryn N. Rosas, 25, of Kenosha, Wisconsin was subsequently taken into custody after the Officer learned she had a suspended Wisconsin Driver's License. Rosas was issued citations for Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident, Unsafe Vehicle Equipment, Failure to Notify SOS of Address Change, and Driving While License Suspended. Rosas was later released by her signature pending a future branch court date.
On 05/31/2012, an Officer stopped a vehicle within the 1000 block of Sheridan Road for equipment violations. The driver, Tonya A. Milott, 32, of Kenosha, Wisconsin was subsequently taken into custody after failing field sobriety tests. The front seat passenger, Dallas D. Bagwell, 25 of Kenosha, Wisconsin was also subsequently taken into custody after the Officer learned he had an active Lake County Warrant for his arrest. The Officer additionally located a small amount of cannabis and drug paraphernalia from Milott's person. Milott was issued citations for Operation of Motor Vehicle with Only One Headlight, Operation of an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, Unlawful Possession of Cannabis, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol with a BAC over 0.08. Milott was later released by her signature pending a future court date. Bagwell was transported to the Lake County Jail pending a bond hearing.
Credit Card Fraud:
On 05/31/2012, an Officer was dispatched within the 300 block of Runyard Avenue related to a credit card fraud complaint. The complaint advised some unknown subject(s) utilized his credit card in the state of Minnesota without his consent and a total amount of $8,500 was expended.
