Arrest Notices 2/3/13

Traffic Arrest(s):

On 01/25/2013, an Officer stopped a vehicle within the 800 block of Sheridan Road a lane violation. The driver, Melissa S. Lindahl, 45, of Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin was subsequently taken into custody after failing field sobriety tests. Lindahl was issued citations for Improper Lane Usage and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Lindahl was later released by a notice to appear pending a future court date.

On 01/26/2013, an Officer stopped a vehicle within the 800 block of Sheridan Road for Speeding. The driver, Hector J. Acosta, 34, of Waukegan was subsequently taken into custody after failing field sobriety tests. Acosta was issued citations for Speeding and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Acosta was later released by a notice to appear pending a future court date.

On 01/26/2013, an Officer stopped vehicle within the 1100 block of Sheridan Road for reckless driving. The driver, Adam G. Helmick, 27, of Winthrop Harbor was subsequently taken into custody after the Officer confirmed he had a suspended Illinois Driver's License. Helmick was later released by a notice to appear pending a future branch court date.

On 01/27/2013, an Officer stopped a vehicle near the intersection of Sheridan Road and Burke Drive for Speeding. The driver, Paul J. Velasquez, 33, of Racine, Wisconsin was subsequently taken into custody after the Officer confirmed he had a revoked Illinois Driver's License. Velasquez was issued citations for Speeding, Operation of an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, and Driving While License Revoked. Velasquez was later released by a notice to appear pending a future branch court date.

On 01/29/2013, an Officer stopped a vehicle within the 400 block of Sheridan Road for Speeding and Obstructive View. The driver, Brittani D. Gordon, 26, of Kenosha, Wisconsin was subsequently taken into custody after the Officer confirmed she had a suspended Wisconsin Driver's License. Gordon was issued citations for Operation of An Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Driving While License Suspended. Gordon was later released by an Individual Bond pending a future branch court date.
