Hello. Mayor Robert Loy and the village of Winthrop Harbor are pleased to introduce this new Notification System. We are writing today with an announcement about the village Leaf vaccuming service. Leaf vacuuming is currently underway, and will continue through November 27th on Mondays through Fridays, with the exception of Thanksgiving. Please be sure to rake your leaves to the edge of the roadway, but not into the roadway. The vacuum truck will pass by each residence one time between Monday and Friday of each week.
