| SUBJECT: Trick-or-Treat Hours and Parking Ban Begins |

Hello, This is an important message from the Village of Winthrop Harbor Police Department. First, Halloween Trick or Treat hours will be from 4 to 7 p.m. on October 31st, and we ask that you drive extra carefully as there will be plenty of children out and about throughout the village during these hours. Secondly, residents are reminded that the overnight parking ban begins on November 1st. The local ordinance prohibits parking on any road or parkway in the Village between 2 and 6 a.m., from November 1st through April 1st.
