Hello, This is an important message from the Village of Winthrop Harbor. We'd like to remind our residents that next week is the final week for leaf pickup service. Please have your leaves raked to the roadside before Monday morning, when crews will begin the last pass through town. The vacuuming will continue on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, with no service on the Thursday holiday. Depending on the volume of leaves that remain, the vacuuming may extend into next Saturday to finish up. All of us at the Village wish you a safe and Happy Thanksgiving! Thank you for your time. |
