Mission Statement The mission of the Winthrop Harbor Fire Department is to direct, manage, and perform Emergency Firefighting, Rescue and Emergency Medical Services to the residents and visitors of the Village of Winthrop Harbor and the Winthrop Harbor Fire Protection District.
